Is it save to book a trip with EnterAnGo?
Yes, EnterAnGo is a travel agency registered in Austria and is governed by National and European travel agency laws.
What is if something goes wrong on my journey?
Our FREE 27/7 premium customer support is here for you. In case, a problem is caused by incorrect information provided by us or by improperly performed services of our partners, you can either cancel the trip if it has become superfluous or continue it.
In case of a cancellation you will get your money back.
In case of continuation of the trip, we will pay all additional costs for all changes.
If the trip is not started by you or the trip is canceled by you without any fault of us or one of our partners, our Change and Cancellation Policy will get in force.
What is meeting/event based travel?
EnterAnGo is focussing on travellers who travel to meetings and events. Instead of manually planning your trip to your meeting, you only need to provide your meeting address and your meeting start and end time. EnterAnGo will automatically plan your entire journey around your meeting.
What does “Door to door travel” mean?
You get bookable travel itineraries from any address A to any address B worldwide.
What is a travel automation system?
A travel automation system automates the process of planning and booking trips between two addresses on a global scale. It automatically computes and combines all possible travel options and creates bookable itineraries.
What is a travel package?
A travel package consists of one combination of the following things
transport (flight, train, taxi, public transport)
accommodation
rental car
other touristic services (e.g. exhibition tickets, massage, ….)
What is goverened by the travel package act?
It governs the liability of the tour operator (who sells a travel package). In case a problem occurs on your trip caused by incorrect information provided by the tour operator or by improperly performed services of the partners, the tour operator is fully responsible for reorganizing the entire trip.
Can I change the suggested travel itineraries?
Yes, you can adapt all segments on a suggested travel itinerary according to your preferences.
Do I need to book all segments of my itinerary?
No, you can decide in your booking summary what do you want to book.
